In 2010, Advanced Construction Solutions completed an Auditorium Multi-function room and Library under the Federal Government funded scheme for St Maryís Primary School, Dandenong. After such a successful project, we were awarded the contract for an additional project being a Multi-purpose Cook Room, together with some additional Library works. This project had a $570,000 contract value.

In January 2010, Advanced Construction Solutions completed a Multi-purpose Function Room and Library under the Federal Government funded scheme for St Maryís Primary School, Dandenong. The total project had a contract price of $1.93 million including the additional construction of a new Outdoor Learning Centre/Playground.

The Prime Minister, Ms Julia Gillard, visited the site during construction as it was the most progressed of the government funded projects at that time.

 A2,565m2 development in Laverton North consisting of seven separate office/warehouse buildings with high percentage of office fitout, communication systems and security. The offices have been leased and sold to owner-occupiers and investors. From the date of purchase of the land, receipt of town planning permits, construction of the development and settlement/leasing of all offices, this project was complete in only 10 months.

Land and Development cost $1.4 million.
