Anthony Vita - Managing Director

Anthony Vita is the Managing Director of Advanced Construction Solutions and is a Registered Building Practitioner for both Commercial and Residential.   Anthony has over twenty years experience in successfully developing a variety of property (acquisition, funding, design and construction) with a total value of over $300 million.

 Melanie de Soto - Office Manager

Melanie is the Office Manager for Advanced Construction Solutions in addition to being the Personal Assistant for Anthony.  She works closely with Anthony to ensure his day-to-day busy schedule runs smoothly and is carried out efficiently.  As the Office Manager, Melanie handles the entirety of the company's account management including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Contract Claims etc.  Melanie ensures the efficient running of our office and all of our site administration.
